ph25 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the ph25 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the ph25 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the ph25 platform regardless of the device or method of access. Use of the ph25 platform via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application constitutes acceptance of these terms.

ph25 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph25, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times;
2. Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the laws of their jurisdiction;
3. Not be accessing the ph25 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law;
4. Not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ph25 or any affiliated entity;
5. Not be subject to self-exclusion on ph25 or any other gaming platform operated under the PAGCOR framework;
6. Not have a previously terminated or suspended Account on ph25;
7. Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
8. Not be diagnosed with a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder without having appropriately sought professional support.

ph25 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on the ph25 platform. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an Account on ph25, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times;
• Keep your Account credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party;
• Notify ph25 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account credentials.

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, ph25 will require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires submission of government-issued identification and may include proof of address and payment method verification. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement under the PAGCOR framework and is non-negotiable.

ph25 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data submitted during the registration and verification process. However, ph25 cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.

ph25 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All financial transactions on ph25 are processed in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor;
• Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt and confirmation of cleared funds, which may take one to three (1–3) business days;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the ph25 cashier at the time of transaction;
• ph25 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available only to verified Account holders who have completed KYC documentation;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods used for deposits or verified by ph25 as belonging to the Account holder;
• Standard withdrawal requests for verified Accounts via GCash and PayMaya are processed within a few hours of approval;
• ph25 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines;
• Withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds may be subject to additional verification requirements;
• Bonus credit is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

ph25 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all bonuses are available to all players;
2. Bonus credit is credited separately from real-money balance and is subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable;
3. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; bonus credit not used within the validity period will be forfeited;
4. ph25 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions;
5. Players may only participate in each specific promotion once per household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise stated;
6. Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
7. ph25 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

All games available on the ph25 platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are published within the game interface or in ph25's game help documentation. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All wager outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games, and by verifiable live play for live dealer games;
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and video game titles are published and available in the game information panel;
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per table; these limits are displayed prior to game commencement;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, ph25 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance;
• Disputes arising from a game outcome must be submitted to ph25 customer support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event;
• ph25 is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of a Player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or any circumstances beyond ph25's reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph25 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance, in addition to any applicable civil or criminal liability:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen credit cards, or any form of financial deception to fund or withdraw from your ph25 Account;
2. Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live table games;
3. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through use of multiple Accounts, abnormal betting patterns, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
4. Money Laundering: Using the ph25 platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any money laundering activity as defined under Philippine law;
5. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or make wagers without direct human action;
6. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ph25's systems, other players' Accounts, or any restricted area of the platform;
7. Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with ph25.

ph25 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph25 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the specified minimum period;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about the duration of your current session.

ph25 strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under 21 years of age. If you have reason to believe that a minor is accessing the ph25 platform, please notify us immediately. For external responsible gaming resources, Filipino players are encouraged to seek assistance from qualified mental health professionals or gambling support services.

All content on the ph25 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and compilation of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph25 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph25 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph25 content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on ph25 content;
• Use ph25 trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ph25 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph25 and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ph25 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses resulting from your gambling activity on the platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorized access beyond ph25's reasonable control;
• Any act or omission of third-party payment processors or technology providers.

ph25's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ph25's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph25 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21;
2. The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
3. ph25 reasonably suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity;
4. The Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
5. The Account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
6. ph25 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority;
7. The Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

In cases of termination for legitimate reasons unrelated to the Player's misconduct, any genuine remaining balance in the Account will be returned to the Player following verification and subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding bonus obligations or administrative costs.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph25 support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to Account closure, provided no compliance holds are in effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any dispute as to their validity, interpretation, or enforceability — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players acknowledge that ph25 operates within the framework established by PAGCOR and agrees that any regulatory matters will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR rules and Philippine gaming law.

In the event of a dispute between ph25 and a Player that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ph25's customer support team, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings in the appropriate Philippine court or regulatory body.

ph25 may update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph25 will notify Account holders by updating the Effective Date displayed at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the registered email address on file.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the ph25 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the ph25 platform and request Account closure.

Where ph25 is required by law or regulation to make specific changes to these Terms and Conditions, those changes will take effect immediately upon publication, regardless of whether individual notification has been sent.

ph25's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Queries related to account verification, payment disputes, and responsible gaming tools are prioritized. For general inquiries, responses are typically provided within 24 hours on business days.
